Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7-10 days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Custom, handmade, made-to-order, or personalized items may require additional production time before shipment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, package size, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3-5 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped orders.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping information.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Midnight Manor Decor is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Verify the shipping address
  2. Check with household members or neighbors
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly

If further assistance is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
